All manuscripts intended for the peer-reviewed sections of the journal (e.g., Articles and Student Work) must be submitted exclusively through the online submission system.
Criteria for Publication
CEJPP accepts only original manuscripts that demonstrate rigorous theoretical, methodological, and empirical foundations. Standard research articles are expected to follow the IMRaD structure, clearly articulate research questions or hypotheses, and provide well-founded responses.
The journal publishes contributions across the broad field of public policy, including contemporary developments in public policy research, public administration, governance, public management, administrative law, and public policy theory. Authors who wish to seek preliminary feedback on the suitability of their proposed submission are encouraged to email an abstract to the Editor-in-Chief prior to formal submission. CEJPP welcomes innovative ideas and methodological approaches.
Manuscripts currently under review elsewhere or previously published in another journal will not be considered.

Authorship
All individuals who have made a substantive contribution to the manuscript should be listed as authors. Authorship order, principal authorship, and other publication credits should reflect the relative scholarly or professional contributions of each contributor, regardless of their academic or professional status.
Individuals who contributed to the work but do not meet authorship criteria may be acknowledged in the Acknowledgments section. The corresponding (principal) author must be prepared to sign the license agreement on behalf of all co-authors.
Plagiarism
CEJPP takes issues of copyright infringement, plagiarism, and breaches of publication ethics very seriously. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and manuscripts containing plagiarized content will not be considered.
The journal follows COPE guidelines on plagiarism. All submissions are screened for originality using CrossCheck, and any flagged concerns are investigated thoroughly. Detection of plagiarism during peer review may result in immediate rejection of the manuscript. If plagiarism is identified after publication, the journal may issue a correction or retract the paper, as appropriate.
The journal reserves the right to notify the authors’ affiliated institutions of any confirmed plagiarism identified either before or after publication.
